One of the must-see attractions while in Barcelona, is the Sagrada Familia. This yet to be completed colossal church building has been under construction as far back as 1882, and will still need about 20 more years for its completion. Designed by Anton Gaudi, a world class Spanish artist who died in 1926, the Sagrada Familia is the most renowned building in Barcelona. It is a genuinely unique landmark that appears to be totally fitting to such a fabulous city as Barcelona.

Parc Guell

La Sagrada Familia may be considered the best tourist attraction in the city, but Park Guell is second to none. This immense park is loaded with countless number of exceptional artworks designed by Gaudi. The plans to make it a dwelling place for the elites in Barcelona fell through. Due to the rich history Parc Guell possesses, it was listed among UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will also find La Torre Rosa, one of Gaudi’s house which is now converted into a gallery.
